For me, I don't tend to think of "crap" as cussing, but some people do. Some words are much more obvious... <br /><br />I do think, though, that we should all use our words intelligently and intentionally, even if we don't cuss sometimes people will say something without thinking through what it really means, and can be significantly more hurtful that a single cuss word. Partly because my vocabu...I'm a guilty cusser. Partly because my vocabulary is a bit limited when I'm angry/in pain. Partly because it's a way to relieve anxiety or vocalize said pain. Partly because it gets people's attention: I rarely cuss at work, so it has to be thousands of dollars bad to get me to that point. <br /><br />That said, I like money more. And you're point is well taken. I'd never hire an individual who insisted on cussing during a conversation, so why would I expect anything differently on my end.
