I'm annoyed that I'm still in pain at 13 days past surgery. Why is there still pain? Any one have a clue?
The pain is worse in the afternoon. The pain is mainly on the right side where hardly anything was done except to put in an incision from what I know right now. Why does the pain radiate down from the naval incision to deep inside my womb?
Any one have a clue?
:-( I am sorry for the pain. Have you let your doc know? Hope it eases soon, thinking of you during recovery friend. xoxo
ReplyDeleteYes, last week Monday I did a walk in appt. at my clinic. Since I can't take motrin because of my ulcer the doctor gave me another script of percocet. He said that unfortunately I will have to ride out the pain as the percocet probably won't do much for it. At the time I still had plenty of codeine containing pain killers at home so even as of today I have yet to get into that new script. But I have to say he is right it isn't helping with the pain. Its only making me cranky when I take the pills. The heating pad only works for a little while too.
DeleteDon't have a clue, but its terrible that you are still in pain :-(
ReplyDeleteI thinking that I'm probably pushing myself too hard.
DeleteJeez I am really sorry to hear this Rebecca. I was hoping you would be turning the corner shortly. Thinking of you.
ReplyDeleteI can't take the motrin they prescribed which seems to be necessary for the inflammation from the surgery.
DeleteSorry, no advice but I hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteI think I need a chocolate cure.
