Gadget Love

Had to show all of you this new gadget I received information about in an email this day.  Yes, it's  Doctor Who related.  But even better it's a television remote.  A bit of geek love and I'm a bit of a geek.  Can you imagine messing with the family members by changing the television program they are watching with a device so cool as a sonic screwdriver?

J's face just lit up when I showed him the vid attached to the description.  So I'll share it with all of you too.

No I don't work for thinkgeek but I do wish I could afford one of everything or quite possibly two of everything in their catalog.

      Yup saw that one a while back and blogged about it back then. I would have bought one but my USB ports aren't horizontal and might affect the test results.

    I've been eyeballing that since I heard about it... They made a Harry Potter Wand remote too (I almost bought that for my husband's birthday one year lol). A bit too pricy for me, but it looks sooo cool.

    I love ThinkGeek :) I buy a lot of presents for myself and my husband from there. I even bought a couple things for V on there lol. So much geeky wonderfulness.

      I've bought gifts for others from thinkgeek but nothing for myself as of yet. I do love their shop.

    Is that suppose to be a sonic screwdriver? LOL i am not up on the new Dr. Who's.
    When I was a lil girl I use to steal the tire preasure gauges because I thought that my dad was lieing to me and that they were really sonic screwdrivers!! HAHAHA he found one in my school backpack once and got angry! He was like"i just had to buy a new one!" and I said "well did you de-activate this one? because i cant get it to work!" Then thats when it all came out. He thought I was joking and I said "NO! I know youre lieing! I know what this really is!!" He still didnt believe me so I showed him the bag of "unusable" sonic screwdrivers in my room and he couldnt stop laughing!!

      Oh my that is precious just picturing you hoarding the pressure gauges. You had such a wonderful imagination! I never knew about Doctor Who until J introduced him to me.
