I always seem to get insomnia followed by nightmares in this part of my cycle.
I miss melatonin!!! That stuff was the best at putting me right to sleep!
I took a dose of melatonin after my warm bath last night...helped a lot.
Insomnia is the absolute worst. Hoping you get to sleep tonight.
I got to sleep; but the nightmares have started up again. Oh well on to the next cycle right?
