Flip Flop

I couldn't sleep last night.

I blame it on the fact that I didn't take the melatonin or my nightly bath.

I won't be making that mistake tonight.

    1. I always seem to get insomnia followed by nightmares in this part of my cycle.

    1. I took a dose of melatonin after my warm bath last night...helped a lot.
