- My dad is in the hospital with COPD; doesn't go well with his heart valve failure. Really feeling that 3,000 mile divide right now.
- FET is scheduled for the 9th at 1530 hrs
- Army deferred our PCS to Georgia until next June. Budget cuts.

Sorry to hear about your dad :( That has to be really hard, especially with the distance.
ReplyDeleteAnd sorry about the change in PCS plans. I remember my sister and her husband having issues with last minute plan changes when they were both active. It has to be frustrating.
So close to the FET though, pouring so much hope and positive thoughts into this for you (*hugs*)
Now I'm like what do I do to find space here for babies. If there are babies. I'm just days away from the transfer so I'm emptying out the closet in the 2nd bedroom of my stuff and trying to find room for it in the master bedroom. Master bedroom is a joke, small bedroom too.
DeleteIm so sorry that they deferred your pcs. :( and so sorry about your Dad! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI'm just hoping he'll be alive next summer when we move to the East coast. Congestive heart failure, heart valve failure, diabetes, blind, and now COPD. One would never realize that he used to be an Army Paratrooper.
DeleteSorry to hear about your dad- I hope he starts to get better!
ReplyDeleteYay for a scheduled FET!
Hoping for only good things to come.
DeleteYou and your dad are in my prayers.
DeleteUg! All that move prep, and now you're not going for another year? Frustrating! I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I hope that you have a baby or two to share with him next summer, and that he is still with you.
ReplyDeleteI've still got everything crossed!
I know. I did the touch up paint on the walls already too. Ugh! With any luck the baby/ies will be about 3 months old when we pack out.
DeleteI never want to hear that anyone is sick and in the hospital. That's always a scary situation. I hope your dad is doing better...the army pushed your pcs date back? omg! I really wish that would happen to us. I dont want to move to georgia this month!
ReplyDeleteThey pushed it back a full year! We were originally supposed to leave in June, then they moved it to August and now June next year!
DeleteI'm so sorry to hear about your dad. :(
ReplyDeleteYou're getting so close!
Me too and yes I am getting close...rather scary.
DeleteSorry to hear about your dad. FET is really getting close now!
ReplyDeleteHoping he is better soon.
