On Monday I have a review for a book due that I finished last month. I think that many in the infertile community will appreciate one of the themes in the book since its directly related to us. But I'll leave that for Monday's post.
Reading is my way to escape from the world and its stresses. For me curling up with a book to read is pure bliss and it envelopes my "me time".
So without further ado here is my list of books I've read thus far:

I think that perhaps the only reason why I was able to read 16 book since just this year is that I have no children to occupy my time. I would gladly give up the majority of my reading time to spend it with a child of mine. If only I had child....
I have read 20 books so far this year...so we are keeping about the same pace, and I agree--I would trade reading books for children without a second thought.

DeleteI've read a ton so far this year. I usually fall prey to reading when I should be doing the dishes. A book is just so much more fun though ;) I liked Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, I didn't really like his book Wicked though. I'm weird! Time Travellers Wife was hard to read with the losses, but it was interesting.
ReplyDeleteI'm currently making my left hand go numb clicking with the mouse as I enter every book I can ever remember reading into Good Reads! Ugh its going to take forever.
DeleteI imported my library from LibraryThing (and *most* of my reviews also). Almost by definition anything that I've got cataloged into LT I've read at least part of, but I can't remember much about so many that they seem to be new when I read them again. You'll note I have a ton tagged 'read' - but I can't remember enough about particulars at the time to give the book a fair rating.
